No Refund Policy

All payments made to GetSociallyzed are final and non-refundable.

Once a project, consultation, campaign, subscription, service package, or digital work has been confirmed and payment has been processed, no refund requests will be entertained, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Business closure
  • Delay caused by client-side approvals or content
  • Dissatisfaction after work has commenced
  • Partial usage of services
  • Failure to use purchased services
  • Cancellation during an ongoing project

Clients are requested to review all service details carefully before making a payment.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, replacements, or swaps for any services, digital products, subscriptions, or packages purchased through our website.

Once a service has been booked or purchased, it cannot be exchanged for another service, package, or monetary value.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to discontinue a project after payment and project initiation, no refund or credit will be provided for the completed or ongoing work.
